If you're struggling emotionally, you can take a day off. If your anxiety is overwhelming, you can take a day off. If you are depressed, you can take a day off. If you feel your mental health declining, you can take a day off.

"But we're short staffed."

You can take a day off.

"But they're counting on me."

You can take a day off.

"But what will they think about me?"

You can take a day off.

Your workplace will be fine. If you don't take a day off when you need it, will you be fine?
