Weekly Wellness 5/12/2021I went for a run yesterday. I finished and was walking home, sweating, panting, exhausted. A man walked past me with a cane and said, "You look like you've been running". I said, "I have". He smiled and said, "You're lucky you're able to do that", and went on his way.
WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP: Today, take nothing for granted. Slow down and take note of all the things there are to be thankful for. All the things you can do, that many can't. Gratitude is an important aspect of wellness.
