I don't know about you, but when I feel sad, my first thought is usually "How can I stop feeling sad?". Go for a run? Meditate? Have a dance party? Watch a movie?

Noone ever told me it's ok to just be sad. But it is. Forcing yourself to smile, pretending to be happy, isn't necessary. We all feel sad sometimes. It's not a character flaw. It's a completely normal part of life.

WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP: It's normal to be sad sometimes. You don't have to fight it. You don't have to push it out. You can just sit with it. You can just feel it. You can just be sad.
