Do you have a 'to do' list? Whether it's hastily written on a piece of paper, or neatly organized, categorized, and color coordinated, most of us have one.
Rarely are there things on there that bring us joy (unless you like paying bills and doing laundry). What if wellness were something each day we needed 'to do'?
Try adding something fun to your list every day. 'Five minute dance party to my favorite song!'. 'High five a stranger!'. 'Do a cartwheel today!'.
