This year, this month, this week is nothing like any of us had planned. You may no longer be able to exercise due to gyms, yoga, sports being shut down. Maybe you never get a break from the kids with no in person school, no daycare, no activities. Perhaps you're eating more due to stress or boredom, and gaining weight. Or maybe you thought you'd get a million home projects done while you're stuck indoors, but you just don't have the desire or energy to do it.

This is hard. This is all new. We're all learning how to cope with this as our new normal. You're not alone.

Give yourself a break. It's ok to binge watch netflix. It's ok to give your kids screen time while you take a rest. It's ok to eat a pint of ice cream. It's ok to let those home projects go. It's ok.

WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP: This week, go easy on yourself. Everything has changed. Take care of yourself, give yourself a break, and know that doing your best is enough.
