What's weighing on you? Did you have expectations for this year that didn't happen? Are you feeling inadequate, like everyone is doing better than you? Is there a friend, family member, or colleague who you are upset with, or irritates you in some way, and you haven't addressed it?

As the year comes to an end, it is a good time to say to ourselves, "What do I want to leave behind?".

If there's something weighing on your mind, address it. Whether it's sitting alone and recognizing feelings you've been suppressing, talking with a friend to help let those feelings out, or finally addressing a conflict in your life, facing your problems is the only way to move on.

WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP: Don't let the burdens of 2021 carry into 2022. Address the things that are weighing on you, so you can start fresh in the New Year.
