We all have some ideas of what we could be doing to improve our wellness. Exercise more. Eat better. Be more patient. Worry less. Start meditating. Stop being late.

Ahhhh! It can be overwhelming to think of all the things in our lives we'd like to improve and change, leading to more stress instead of less.
